AgenticGrade.ai is operated by IBAMAR LLC. References to “Agentic Grade,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean IBAMAR LLC doing business as AgenticGrade.ai at the contact address below.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service:

• Submitted website data, including the URL or domain you ask us to analyze.
• Audit inputs and outputs, including publicly retrieved page content, technical signals, findings, scores, and report identifiers.
• Contact information you submit, such as your name, email address, company, subject, and message.
• Account information, including your email address, password hash, locale, plan, and the homepages linked to your history.
• A short-lived HMAC of your IP address used only to enforce the one-homepage guest limit for 30 days. We do not store the IP itself for this purpose.
• Basic technical and security data, such as IP address, request time, browser or device information, and server logs.
• Usage analytics collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which may use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and interactions.

How we use information

• Provide, operate, troubleshoot, and improve audits and reports.
• Respond to questions, support requests, and commercial inquiries.
• Create and maintain your account, send verification and password-reset email, apply homepage quotas, and keep your scan history.
• Prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, protect the service, and investigate failures.
• Understand aggregate product usage and improve the website experience.

Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to vendors that help us operate the service, including hosting and infrastructure providers and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics for usage measurement. Contact messages are delivered through the hosting mail service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Cookies and choices

We use a locale cookie to remember your language, HTTP-only session cookies after you sign in, an opaque 30-day cookie that can claim a guest report, and Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics cookies for measurement. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some preferences, sign-in, or analytics may no longer function as intended.

Data retention

We retain audit records, account history, contact messages, and technical logs for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and benchmarks, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Guest IP fingerprints expire after 30 days. You can delete your account from the account page; public reports remain available only as anonymous methodology records.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally permitted or required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
